About Ryan Calderon

Originally from California, I started my Real Estate Investment (REI) journey in Austin, Texas in 2019. It was there that I experienced first hand the power that real estate had to change lives.

In 2022, my wife (Jenny) and dog (Savage) moved right outside Chattanooga, Tennessee to pursue investing in a different market. It was here that I got my real estate license in both Tennessee and Georgia.

My favorite thing about Real Estate Investing is that it really is available to everyone. I used to think you had to have a lot of money in the bank to invest and now I know better; now I know that EVERYONE can invest in real estate (it's not just for the wealthy).
